These terms govern use of Riyan AI Invoice Pro, operated by Riyan.AI Technologies.
Authorized use
Use the app only for Shopify stores and information you are authorized to access. You are responsible for staff permissions and merchant configuration.
Service
The app provides supported Shopify order-document workflows, merchant configuration, usage and support features. Availability can depend on Shopify APIs, approvals and platform availability.
Subscriptions
App Store subscriptions and plan changes are processed through Shopify. The price, billing interval, trial, renewal and plan-change terms shown by Shopify at approval govern the charge.
Usage allowances
Plan allowances are measured by unique Shopify orders processed in the monthly period. Supported document types and reprints for the same order do not create additional unique-order usage.
Merchant responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing generated documents and determining whether your business needs tax, legal, accounting or record-keeping information beyond configured output. The app does not provide legal or tax advice.
Third parties and changes
Shopify and other third-party services operate under their own terms. We may update the service or these terms as product and platform requirements evolve.
