Riyan AI Invoice Pro is operated by Riyan.AI Technologies. The app processes information needed to provide Shopify order-document workflows.

Information used

The app processes Shopify order information needed to generate merchant-requested invoices, packing slips and receipts. This can include order identifiers, line items, totals, customer name and email, and billing or shipping address information made available through approved Shopify access.

Purpose and minimization

Order/customer information is used to render requested documents, support merchant workflows and troubleshoot support requests. Printed order/customer payloads are generated on demand and are not maintained as a separate customer-marketing database. The print workflow may process customer phone numbers and addresses supplied by Shopify where required for a merchant-requested document. Access to protected customer fields is subject to Shopify approval; order data is not stored as a separate marketing database.

Tracking

The app does not independently deploy storefront web pixels or request Shopify Customer Events scopes for advertising. It does not intentionally collect browser, operating-system or precise geolocation identifiers for advertising analytics.

Operational records

Operational records can be retained for account administration, usage allowances, support, security, billing synchronization and auditability.

Payments

Shopify processes Shopify App Store subscription billing. Riyan AI Invoice Pro does not receive or store merchant payment-card or bank-account details for those subscriptions.
